Where we process health information, we do so because it is necessary to provide care and keep the alarm user safe. Our lawful bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent (for marketing), and protecting vital interests in an emergency.
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with our monitoring centre and partners, your nominated responders, the emergency services, our engineers, and our payment providers. We may share information with the authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data. We keep your personal data within the UK and European Economic Area (EEA), and we choose suppliers and hosting that store and process data in the UK or EEA.
